Hi there! I’m honored that you’re reading my professional profile. As the header says, my name is Rob Arnold, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for real estate with you. As a dedicated Realtor and member of the South Denver Metro Realtors Association who brings over 15 years of Colorado real estate experience to the table, my mission is to provide you with a seamless and stress-free path over the course of your home buying and/or selling journey.
Originally from Toronto, Canada and having now lived in Denver for 27 years, I have seen a lot of growth and consequently have a well-rounded knowledge of Denver and surrounding communities. I've spent my entire professional career in client services across multiple industries which makes me the ideal real estate advisor having both an aptitude for the analytics but also the negotiation and financial wherewithal to getting a real estate transaction done that is in the best interest of my clients.
My principles are firmly rooted in honesty, integrity and a tireless work ethic. I believe that transparency, open communication, and trust are the cornerstones of a successful partnership, but don’t take my word for it, as my reputation for providing exceptional service is grounded in my numerous National Association of Realtors (NAR) accreditations, including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SSFR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), as well as being more personally reflected in my many client testimonials.
It’s not all work and no play however, I do also enjoy time with my wife and three grown kids sharing in our love of travel, skiing and the outdoors while I personally still maintain a passion for playing hockey and golf.
Finally, please know that I empathize with you about how confusing and complex the home buying and selling process all seems but more importantly that I am committed to supporting, educating and advising you each and every step of this exciting process.
